Returns & Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order before it has shipped, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
Dermalist will offer a full and immediately refund or replacement if the unlikely event that you experience an adverse skin reaction to one of our products. If you do experience an adverse skin reaction please stop use immediately, take a photo of the affected area and flush the area directly with water before reaching out to our dedicated customer care team via our contact us page so that they can advise the next steps and can faciliate a full refund or replacement.
