Shipping within Australia
We offer free delivery on orders over $138 with tracking on all Australian orders using TNT.
Depending on your location, delivery time on standard post items is estimated at 1-5 Business days (regional addresses may have a longer delivery time than metro).
If you can't wait, we offer express shipping for $15 AUD with estimated delivery time of between 1-4 Business days depending on your location using TNT's Express Post service.
Sadly, we cannot provide our delivery partners with special delivery instructions however if you are not at home, best attempts will be made to leave your parcel in a safe place protected from implemental weather.
Shipping outside Australia
We offer standard delivery to all countries outside of Australia for a flat fee of $20 AUD with delivery time estimated at 8-10 Business days, depending on your location.
Please note: When you order products from Dermalist for delivery outside Australia you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied when the products reach their destination. Any customs charges must be borne by you. Dermalist has no control over such charges. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.
Please also be aware that when you order products from Dermalist for delivery outside Australia, you are considered the importer of record. You must ensure that the products you order comply with all laws, restrictions and regulations of the country in which you are receiving them.
Your privacy is important to us and our international customers should be aware that cross-border deliveries may be opened and inspected by customs authorities.
Your order will be sent via Australia Post or courier. When your parcel is dispatched, you will receive an email with a link that allows you to track your order online. If you haven't received that a confirmation email, please check your junk mail.
If you created an account during the checkout process, or have previously set up an account, you will be able to see your orders and their status in Your Account.
If you have not received your order within the delivery timeframe above, or if the tracking information shows your parcel as delivered and you have not been able to locate it, please contact our dedicated customer support team and they will do their very best to assist.

Dermalist will offer a full and immediate refund or replacement in the unlikely event that you experience an adverse skin reaction to one of our products.
If you do experience an adverse skin reaction please stop use immediately, take a photo of the affected area and flush it directly with water before reaching out to our dedicated customer support team so that they can advise the next steps.

If the order has already been processed by our fulfilment centre it may not be able to be cancelled in which case a return will be necessary instead.
